Trio Assonance
Assonance was founded in October 2021 in Bern, Switzerland. The trios repertoire consists of compositions of Anna Kalk and free improvisations of the trio.
In August 2022 they recorded their first album „Practical Matters“ which will be released in February 2023.
The term "assonance" is used to describe the similarity in sound of words or syllables. Trio Assonance tells instrumental stories without the need for words.
